Good for you, it does work you know!
I know sometimes when I am cooking for my daughter and I really want something, if I say out loud 10 times
"I don't need it, I don't want it, I'm not going to have it"
I am much more likely to stick to it!
For some reason, I really do need to say it out loud and often to make it work.
Good Luck with getting back on track Pandora, its hard work but you can do it, you have already done so well!
