Got a stone to shift to get back to target so thought I would return to CD and this board and get those 14lbs off.
Lost 3 stone last year and maintained so well until I tore my knee cartilage in October. Had key hole in March and now just getting back to the gym so with exercise and CD I hope to be back to target in no time.
Without the exercise, keeping the weight off has been tough for me and my knee issues have got me down but I am so determined to get back to my previous fitness levels again and into all my 'wee' clothes.
Day 2 today and feeling very positive.
