I joined last week on the SF boards and only just discovered this one so thought I'd better say hiya over here as well!!
My plan is to use SF for a kick start and to prove to myself that I can do it and then to gradually incorporate having a meal as opposed to shake etc for lunch and get to grips with my eating that way as it's so out of control & depressing it's unbelievable!!
Bought a Wii Fit last week and enjoying doing that every day as well - although I do get annoyed when it says I've put on 1lb when I did good the day before!!
