I'm 21 weeks pregnant and we've just found out it s a girl!
It's my 4th and final baby!!! We already have 2 boys and a girl so are really excited it's a girl.

I've had problems with my weight for a long time - i lost 2 1/2 stone with cambridge but put it all back on before i got pregnant.
I am trying to keep my weight down as much as i can but have suddenly got my appetite back after terrible morning sickness!!

Congratulations on your baby girl! hope the rest of your pregnancy is easy and her birth a joy!

healthy eating will help, but remember that baby is gaining from now on in!

CD will help you after - when you've finished breast feeding, or after 3 months if on formula.

I know I'll be back to it after!

Hi boofaloo and congratulations. I'm pregnant with my 3rd have 2 girls already age 9 & 4. Didn't find out the sex at the scan want it to be a surprise, well it's that already as we weren't planning on having any more lol. Anyway good luck with the rest of your pregnancy and keep us informed on your progress.
