Fat busting crime fighter
whisk 3 tbs double cream
whisk 1 egg white
melt half a bar of broken up atkins choc orange decadence in microwave (on 30% NOT high, you will set the thing on fire on high!).
When it is really soft and melted, stir it virourously into the whipped cream. Fold in the egg white, put in 2 ramikin dishes and set in fridge for 1 hour.
Induction freindly, counting that your atkins bar is induction freindly too!
ERM - To die for! If you want to make it look more filling, serve on an oopsie roll
