Need some help. Confused with the whole difference by the wide variety of diets available.

Which one offers best sustainable results. LL, CS, SF, LT or W8. Can anyone also tell me how much LT costs as I do not appear to see any costs in the literature I have read about it so far.

I am looking for something quite restrictive, I am not the best cook in the world and am really useless at calorie counting.

Grateful for any help, advice or tips.

Out of all that you mentioned I have only done LL.
Any weight loss is only sustainable if you ultimately change your eating habits too.
With LL you get CBT counselling which helps you look at issues around your weight problem and how to deal with them.
Because of this, I didn't allow myself to yoyo back up to the 3 1/2 stone overweight (my usual trigger to start 'a diet' ) I am back at it with only 1 1/2 stone to lose. I recognised I was falling back into my old eating patterns and have done something about it much earlier than in the past.
I'm sure you will lose the weight on any one of these diets, but you have to change afterwards to maintain it.

Hi Donjon,
You probably need to research each diet and decide what suits you - cost, lifestyle, where you are on your weight loss journey.

A VLCD will help you lose weight quickly but it doesn't suit everyone and definitely needs mega commitment.

As I said - it's well worth taking time to read about every diet before making a decision.
Good luck.
