Hi, I'm not a newbie to this forum, but am to the calorie counting part. Was on slimmingworld, but just can't seem to stick to it at the moment, so have decided to change to calorie counting. I started last Monday, and have had a good week, apart from a little extra on Saturday. Am sticking to 1300 cals per day.
