Cafe Rouge

Does anyone have any idea on syn values for Cafe Rouge ? Do they appear in the eating out book (which I don't have ...!)

Had the mergeux (sp?) sausage salad but no idea how many syns to allow for it ...

SW don't seem to syn cafe rouge, but I found a site which has the nutritional info for cafe rouge food.

I tried to syn the salad you had based on the nutritional info per serving, and I'm afraid it comes out at 44 syns. The only thing is I couldn't say if it included and free food, so you could try again yourself (although the fat content was quite high)

omg - I avoided the chicken caesar thinking it would be awfully fatty, and it is half the mergeux ! bah ! :break_diet:

What a shame!

I HATE it when I think I have made the right choice and it turns out to be wrong. I don't mind blowing syns on something I really want but it is horrible when you have them on something you weren't that bothered about.
