I NEARLY blew it!

haggard_hannah

Proud to be a Loser!
I was working a late shift yesterday (a 3am finish) and didn't realise til I got to work that I'd forgotten to bring a sachet for my dinner!

I thought I'd be ok, that I'd just have a large black coffee and have my sachet when I got home. But come about 10pm, I was so hungry that it hurt, I couldn't concentrate and I had convinced myself that the only way I'd be able to finish the shift would be to go to Nando's next door and stuff myself!

Luckily, a very lovely and supportive colleague of mine point blank wouldn't let me. She drove me home to pick up a sachet and all was well again. Phew!

I'm so glad I didn't ruin it all, I would have hated myself. But I have a really horrible feeling that, now that the thought of cheating has been planted, it will only be a matter of time before it happens. I'm sort of scared,l has anyone else been in the same position and managed to shake off the niggling thoughts of forbidden food??

Hey Hannah..
Just wanted to say well done!!! You resisted temptation which is fab.. and you are on your way forward.. Good on you..
Dont think about what you might do in the future.. just think your not going to do it..
Your doing so well.. stay motivated and the weight will fall off you and you will be at your goal sooner rather than later.
Well done you x

Well done Hannah and give your friend a massive hug for keeping you on the straight and narrow.

You have done so well and Im sure it was just a passing thought that passed you by and will not return....:fingerscrossed: x

I just wanted to say what a lovely colleague, and a big load of praise to you for not taking the "easy" way out.

I have forgotten shakes before, but filled up on coffee and water until home. Out of sheer bloodymindedness.

I salute your willpower!
