just been to the gym and burned 500 calories just by walking up hill at a medium pace for 1hour, keeping my heart rate at 124 - i find having the bars before exercise really really helps me then a shake as soon as im done for the protein. and ricky gervais podcasts on my mp3 player really helps too :):rolleyes:

is there anyone else on 810 thats doing a fair bit of exercise too?

im building a bit of muscle in my arms now from my powerplate sessions and love the fact thats its helping to burn more calories when im sitting watching telly!

must ignore the little voice in my head that says its ok to eat more now...
 
WOW Well done. I have just started exercising too. I am doing the wii, and rowing ........ just 10 mins = 100 cals whooop! I also do callenetic type exercises in my bedroom for 15 mins before bed, and also tummy crunches.

I am a week or two away from 810, but having 3 shakes a day, or 2 shakes and a green and white meal now and then.

I cant wait to move on from SS.
