really fancy doing a chicken curry for supper anyone got a very simple if ossible syn free recipe thanks

cook the chicken (I use Quorn chicken pieces) then add a tin of tomatoes, some curry powder and some LF natural yogurt (quantities according to taste) and veggies if required. Simmer until cooked right through. Simple as that
