Fast Forward

I have collar bones!
has anyone done this with SW? I'm seriously considering it, to try to boost my weightloss. Since Christmas, I've been putting 2lbs on, then losing them, only to put them on again the following week.

I need to get to target - the friend I go with is going away @ the end of May for a month. During that time, I won't have access to class (I don't drive, class is 10 miles away from me:cry:) so if I get to target, it doesn't matter whether I go or not - my friend is already @ her target.

To say I'm frustrated would be an understatement.

I'm not sure whether Fast Forward would be the way to go just yet. Have you looked at why you are yo-yoing? Is there something stopping you getting to target?

There is a lady in my class who is doing the same with 3lbs and losing this would mean she would be at her pre-pregnancy weight. She really thinks she can't let go of that 3lbs because it would be another slap in the face her little boy isn't a baby anymore (he's 11 years old). She knows wha it is yet it still happens.

Also is there any other way you can make class if your friend doesn't go? Would another friend take you and pick you up? Is there another class near you?

When I yo yo ie put on one week and take it off the next, it is often beacause I have been sooo goood one week then cant sustain it the next and put on. Have you tried upping your syns a bit and trying to get a slower but even weightloss? Just an idea hunx
