Any help or advice appreciated.
Not sure what to choose, or what is the difference between each kind

If any of you seasoned dieters have any hints or tips would be grateful thanks.
This is my millionth attempt at weightloss and I know there is no quick fix but i get so fed up losing 3lbs then nothing for a couple of weeks and then 1lb and so on.
