BBQ Food

Hi all

Now that the sun has deigned to show it's smiling face, the BBQ has come out from it's wintery cover.

If anyone knows of any good low point BBQ food stuffs, can they please post it in the "Sharing Favourites and New Discoverys" sticky above please? I get fed up of having the same thing over and over

Instead of a burger, grill one of the large flat mushrooms ( take out the stalk) and sprinkle it with a bit of low fat grated cheese-lovey on a bap or with salad and the only points are the chees and/or bread

I'm going to give these a go thomorrow is the weather holds should be fairly low points
