While on Xenical you stick to a 5% fat diet, so loads of label reading coming your way lol
Basically you want food to have no more than 5g of fat per 100g and that no meal is more than 15g of fat. I kept, and still keep a food diary, just so I could keep tabs on my fat grammes.
I'm doing Rosemary Conley now, which is the same diet, but you can also have oily fish ( which is something I was desperately missing).
