Rejuvenated!!!

Hello!!

This is my sixth week on CD and this week I am feeling like a new woman (think my husband is too lol)

I don't know if its the sunshine, or spending some time with my beautiful 21year old daughter or maybe I am just high on life but I have finally got my head round this diet and am feeling the most positive I have felt in years!!

Can't wait till my 45th birthday in November when I shall be a slinky sexy wabbitt!!! lol Have a good evening all of you xx

Yeah you go girl!! I feel much the same and am only on week 3 lol! I have lost 18lbs and feel fab! I can't wait to get to target and treat myself to some sexy new clothes Bring it on
