Hey all, I stumbled across this forum whilst researching into the LLife and Cambridge diet and spent a good part of an hour reading through useful posts, so I thought what the hell and decided to register. Just thought I'd introduce myself and say Hi. So, um, Hello!

hiya Dita-von-squeeze Loving the name.

I have done cambridge and it worked for a while but I couldn't carry on (medical reasons) haven't tried the LLife as quite expensive. i am doing DC at the mo and general calorie counting which is helping as doesn't cost anything else, just normal shopping.

Find the plan for you there is loads to choose from. Good luck on your journey.
