whats the best??

On a journey !
I try to have a "treat" on the weekend and was thinking if I had a chinese chowmain how much damage would that do and which plan would it be best on, i.e green, EE etc xxxxx

I assume some of the 7 syns on green is due to the chicken (it won't assume you're using the chicken as a healthy extra) so I would say that it's probably lower in syns if you were on an EE day (both meat and veg are free).
