I tried CD recently - managed to do 3 days before I came off it - decided to join WW on Monday so now on Day 3 and finding it ok..
One thing has opened my eyes though - I went through my fridge and pointed all the food in there - lean Steak mince - 25 points a pack....... On Slimming World I would have thought nothing of eating that in one meal no wonder I haven't lost any weight.....
