its dooms day for me have to go and get me shakes and get weighted in which is not going to be pleasant as i have made a complete balls of the diet , but today is the start of my 2nd diet i want to look and feel good this summer and its all down to me and nobody else so lets hope i can do better than my first attempt

good luck with weigh in.

iv noticed you keep slipping up with easter eggs lately even if you still have them in your house just chuck them out. it may seem a waste but what do you want ...lose weight or have another easter egg?
