Has anyone got this coating on thier tounge and when did it pass if you did I am on day 5.

Still got it and I'm in week 16. Sign of ketosis I think. You could always use a tongue scraper cos that helps.

well sorry say im on wk 5 n still got sum rank rotten furry tounge lol but im not sure if its coz i smoke !!x

Its minging, dont think I could stick it for that long, I gave up smoking so its not the smoking it only started today thats bad news girls but thanks for the info thank god I am at least getting skinny, think I will go have a smoke and cheer myself up seein as how I cant have anything else!

It is gross isnt it!!!, i stuck my tongue at my son joking around and he said "Aaarrrggghhh your mouth is brown", very embarrasing, i srub it twice a day...lol x
