Eating times

One last chance
For those of you who are maintaining or are just eating normally now, what times do you eat your meals?

I'm not sure if I've already asked this question, but I would really like to know.

Do you just eat when you are hungry or do you try to eat your 3 meals a day or 6 smaller meals a day? (for those trying to boost up your metabolism).
 
I actually do the three meals at the "normal" meal times.

Not having a problem as such with snacking and still doing lots of water which helps inbetween meals.

I guess it's go with how you feel, but don't leave it until you're body is saying "feed me", otherwise you run the risk of over-eating to satisfy the craving. lol
