I started LT today. I'm a smoker the pharmcist didn't mention anything about smoking (and due to excitement about LT forgot to ask). Am I allowed cigarette(s) on the diet?

I smoked sooo much more and still havent managed to cut back down again

I quit on 6th Jan but only cause it was killing my bank account ha ha I did enjoy smoking but was too expensive and I have asthma. Just tackle one thing at a time i say x

I wouldnt suggest doing this and trying to give up smoking at the same time.
