From Lipotrim to Cambridge

Hello lovely people,

I have been following the Lipotrim TFR programme for the past couple of months but I have a lot to lose and am getting fed up of the limited flavours/choices available. I have decided to move over to the Cambridge and am having my first meeting with my counsellor on Wednesday... yay!

Please could you give me advice about what to expect and also suggestions for the nicest flavours of sachets and bars... oh I am soooo looking forward to the bars!

:) xoxo

Hi,

I done LT from Nov to Feb and changed to CD for the same reasons as you.
I personally love the choc tetra's - also the Choc Orange and Choc Mint shakes are fab..
When you get to week 3 you can have the bars - look out!!! They are so nice you may be tempted to eat more than one a day - the cranberry ones are sooooooo nice (I will be buying these when I'm no longer on the diet).

I have just swapped CDC as my 1st CD has left the company.. She also gave me a lot of incorrect info (like giving me bars after week one and told me to have raisins with my poridge!!) so my losses were a bit slow due to this - so make sure u follow the plan to the letter. (I'm sure u know all this having done LT :) ).

Let me know how u get on!!!

Cambridge is soooooo much better than LT! I tried LT a while back and hated every minute of it :( CD shakes and soups are soooooooo much nicer! They are like "real" soups and shakes and the bars are absolutely gorgeous, I too will buy them when I am maintaining they are scrummy :) I stuck LT for a week but am now on week 3 of CD and loving it:)

My favs are the orange bar, chilli and veg soups and I love the toffee and walnut, cappucino, Fruits of the Forest and butterscotch shakes :)

Good luck!!

Hi

I have changed to CD from LT too and am sooo glad I did. I was getting zero support from my local pharmacy and although I was only on LT for a few weeks, i was already thinking of the support I would need when it comes to refeeding.

So far so good on CD and a big goodbye to LT chicken soup which was the most revolting thing I have ever tasted!!!!!!

Whatever you do don't get the broccolli and cheese sachet, that is vile and I think would top the poll for the most disgusting thing:D
