Hi to everyone again.....not been on for a while what with school hols, DH on leave etc so wanted to drop in and say hi. Everyone is doing great! Well done for all the pounds lost! I'm still plodding on with CD. Got no WI until Thursday tho.

Better get on with catching up with everyone!

Hello Poggy.

I've been looking out for your updates as I've been contemplating swapping to 810 CD.

If you don't mind me asking....How have you found CD? Are you on SS or 810?Has your weight lose remained the same?
