A little of everything!
I'm back online after the holidays!
I was on refeed last week for a wedding on Friday. The first 2 days went fine, then on the 3rd day I came down with a horrendous tummy bug (sorry if tmi but it involved being on/in the loo for nearly 2 days!:sign0131 So I had very little food those two days. I then found that all that would stay down the next day was dry toast & tea. The next day all I could stomach was mashed potatoes! Then I had the wedding- the meal was fine, I had veg soup (no roll!), lean turkey & steamed veg & a little potato, and no dessert- and some beer!
I'd got weighed that morning as usual and had 'only' gained 1lb during my disastrous re-feed, and I was happy enough with that believe it or not! So here I am, on day 3 of my return to TFR and the horrible metallic taste is back- ya-hoo!!!! (Am I completely insane? ) All the 'nice' snack food that I was picking on is GONE from my house- the kids will be living on raisins & fruit & crisps that I hate for the next "x" weeks! I'm back on track and have NO excuses for not staying on track until I hit target. I have 9 full weeks before my next family wedding and if I put my mind to it I could be 2 stone lighter by then- so thats it- please feel free to chastise me, kick me up the ass, virtually shout, encourage and help me as I'm sure I'll need it over the next few months! I've spent the last hour catching up on posts so I'd better do a bit of work now. But I'll still be checking in...I missed my LT forum fixes!!
