Im Back xxx

Hi guys,well im back after having a break for a few weeks.Since coming off for my birthday break in feb ive not been able to get back on it without breaking within 2 days.Ive now got just under 5 weeks till i go on holiday to Newquay.
I need to be back to a size 12,im currently nearly in a 16 again.My 14s are getting tight but i refuse to buy size 16s again as then next month it will be size 18s and so on.I cant allow myself to let myself go.I need to do it this time and stick to it!So im back here for some motivation!

Welcome back Vicky. You know you can do this, you did so well on it before.

Just think, down here in the westcountry the weather's lovely and you will want to wear shorts etc whilst here, so stick to it and get back down to your 12s. You can do it.

Size 12 in 6 weeks???? A Doddle!!! Now you know you have our total 100% support, you just need 100% total believe and commitment in yourself and you will succeed!
