lemon on refeed??

When you start refeed are you allowed lemon straight away? I know friut is to be left alone the first few days.
I was wonderng for cooking ie; lemon chichen or lemon squeezed on fish.

Yes from day one you can have a little lemon juice on your salad or fish etc.

Thanks for that, I love lemon on chicken and fish !! everyone is going to be sick of my questions soon about refeed!!!! didnt realise how worrying it is!!!! I start refeed a week on wednesday!!!!!!!xxxxxx
