Problems after exercising

Rock Solid
I've just been for a bike ride on my new bike! :D
However, I've sat down and I feel really sick and light headed. Thought that it would just pass, but now have heartburn.
Have seen others mentioning heartburn and wondered why I would get it.

In 2nd week and not had heartburn at all, so curious as to why I'd get it after exercise.

I've not had my final shake yet - was waiting until I stopped feeling sick. Am just sipping water.

Should I if I need one, have another pack, like a soup or something? I worked out that I've done 5 miles. Does this justify another pack? Not sure I want/need one, but also don't want to feel ill when I exercise or it will put me off!

Please someone help :)

Oh dear!! Take it easy hun, maybe it was a little too much sun as well.

I hope you feel better soon :flowers: xx

Thanks Toni :)
Feel suitably recovered to manage my shake! Think I'll have a coffee too.
Would be great to know for future reference tips on not getting lightheaded - perhaps a shake before going?
Am also still curious about the heartburn if I'm not eating - seems strange.

I was wondering about this myself thanks Mrs Lampard for the clear and great advice :)

I'm not doing any exercise at all the moment - far too knackering!! (I went out dancing a couple of weeks after I started CD, and could hardly move for two days - I was sooooo tired!!)

However, when I go onto SS+ soon, I will be doing some kind of strengthening exercise. Anyone who's been following my "unexplained aches & pains" threads will know that this has been advised by my osteopath - Pilates is what she advises.

I've just read that one of my local arts venues is offering an
'Adult Pilates and Contemporary Dance' course over May, June and July. (The details say"a contemporary dance class involving Pilates based strengthening exercises and clarity of contemporary dance practice".) It sounds great, and I might give it a try - just hope it won't crease me too much!!

Thanks AbFab and Mrs Lampard. That clears it up. Makes me feel better about doing exercise now, not that I can be bothered every day!
