I ve seen a few threads mention FREE samples of maintence products.
Does anyone know the number I can ring to get some please?
I was hoping to take some bars on holiday with me to have instead of breakfast as I know I'll be eating loads of carbs on hol and at least I'd be cutting out the cereal and toast!!!!
The bars dont have carbs in them do they???

Thanks so much xxx

ooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive just rang it and they are sending me some free samples!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I never get anything FREE, I am the one who even ends up missing big sales!!!) so happy!!!! THANKYOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took some of Kered's earlier advice and got some sent to relatives, so have a nice selection now...and they are actually quite tasty! :)

Yeah - they're OK, to be honest, they get used as fillers between meals if I'm feeling peckish. Not had that many so far - one drink and one bar! lol

How many callories are in maintenance products? I'll get some sent to other people too!! what a good idea!!!! thanks xxx

Don't have the paperwork to hand, but I "think" they are higher than the TFR products.

It took me ages to try the biscuit bar though, after having the Flapjack during the TFR process, I was nervous it would taste the same! :)

How much are the maintenance products??

I pay £11 for 7 items, I just have one each day at breakfast at the moment the bar and its nice keeps me full.

I was supposed to say till lunch. God read this again sounds like I only eat a bar a day. I then have no/low carb lunch and tea for the rest of the day.:giggle: lol

I have tasted the orange creme (that was okayish), summer berries (lovely) and the bar (so-so), and to be honest, I would never pay for them, I much prefer a healthy meal. I find they are expensive.

Got to agree with this....I found the orange creme OK, nothing to shout about (preferred the TFR shakes), not tried the soup yet. The bars are quite tasty, although at some point I need to compare the nutritional details to some of the readily available bars, as £11 for 7 or whatever it is, is really expensive and as Kered said, I wouldn't go out and buy them....just using up my free samples.

How about buying cereal bars? having them instead of the maintance products??
