lord god thats HUGE points, doesnt shock me though so wont be testing them out lol thanks nuneczka

Hi, I am afraid to say I have tested these out but hopefully the 4 mile walk afterwards will have softened to blow a little. My biggest problem is usually not knowing the burning value of exercise rather than the calorific or point value of food and drink.

oh my god!!! 19 points? that is more than my entire daily allowance!!!!
i dread to think how many points are in an indian takeaway then!
