***SATURDAY HOUR BY HOUR***

Morning everyone - hope you are all okay. Its lovely blue sky and sunshine here so I can get my washing all done (oh joy) but its my nephews 3rd birthday today and party so fingers xed the weather holds.

wanted to get the thread going to keep us all 100%,but am just popping off to read all the posts from 7.00 last night cos I went to my friends house.

Morning Jess. I'm glad you've got the thread up and going early this morning, nearly caved in when the girls had their toast. Mmmm... the smell..... Got sooo much to do today as I'm off to Amsterdam tomorrow, as well as taking the girls to the library, buy some new school shoes, popping into the estate agents to bite someones head off and then coming home to washing, ironing and packing! Lovely! Its so nice here, wish I could be in the garden or park all day enjoying the sun

Hope the party goes well hun- I had one on my 1st day of SS and could of scoffed the entire buffet

Good morning
I'll be about on and off all day! Day 5 for me and all going great been really busy at work, no one's made any nasty comments about my choice of diet and everyone really postive for me which is encouraging. I have started to prepare a wish list of rewards, such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, tattoo, and all ridiculous things like that! LOL LOL
I am also finding it EASY to drink 4l of water a day as I am so bloddy thirsty. Well into ketosis now, so it was worth the nastyness of day 3/4 & feeling shattered to wake up feeling fab!
Also I have been sleeping like a bloody baby!
Feeling really positive about all this & love the fact I have chosed this 'path' xx xx

Ahhh speaking of sleep- you just reminded me WaterMelon! I had the most bizarre dream last night. Thought I'd left dreaming about food behind in the 1st week.

In my dream, I slept with my best friend from school's DAD! Now Roy is getting on a bit now, and ain't exactly my cup of tea shall we say Anyways, while we were 'at it' he kept whispering my favourite foods in my ear.... "Oh Lisa, CHIPS" "Piiiiiiizzzzaaa" Was quite freaked out when I woke up this morning!

OMG u just reminded me about my dream of a party my mum and dad were having I was nosing about in the fridge and found the crust cut off of cheese & onion snadwiches and I started eating them, well scraping out the contents and putting the crusts in the bin WTF?????? LOL LOL - he he he! xx xx

Wow Curly! Your hubby is in retail and gets a Saturday off! That NEVER happens for my h2b! "Its the busiest day of the week, I can't expect all my scuzzy student staff to actually do any work without me kicking their sorry behinds" is his reply when I ask him to take a Saturday off.

And yes, the dream freaked me out majorly! Don't think I'll be able to look him in the eye if I bump into him for a while

Hey all... no sun here! Have been up since 5.30 today (back in ketosis I think!!!) working... once I finish this, I have a ton of stuff to do outside so should be on the go all day. Exercise!!! Then invited to a friend's for housewarming do... have my fizzy water all ready, & will NOT be tempted.

Sorry - feel a bit 'post happy' this morning... But felt the need to share with any lurkers and all u lovely peeps the following....

I have spent sooooooooooooooooo many mornings, particularly Sat & Sun wakin up lookin at the bedroom ceiling - wishing I hadnt eaten the amount I'd eaten the previous day/nite ordrank the amount of wine I had and that 'this morning' I was goin to start dieting! I'd wake up on a Sat morning stuffed full of last nite's curry & Rose then the whole cyle would start again!
This morning, i woke up looked up and thought ' I am so happy that I no longer feel the way I did - I'm on my journey and it feels brill'

H2b gets Sundays and Wednesdays off when he knows he has a 'reliable' duty manager to take care of the store for him. Don't think he dare leave the Saturday staff alone, plus Saturdays are when the company directors come round for sneaky visits.

Hes just promoted one of his favourite deparment managers to duty manager, so I'm trying to persuade the store will cope wihtout him for 1 full weekend every 4

This is the real reason we're not married yet, cause he is already married to his job. Grrrrrr.....

Morning all, it's good to be alive and on CD this morning!
Have woken feeling very pleased with self as felt down last evening as hated the bars and was gagging on soup and was close to throwing in the towel, or the foodpacks more like.
However, I have you lot to thank for not doing that as I just spent a while browsing the threads last night and that has spurred me on again.
Love the dream Lisa, made me chuckle!

Morning all, yet to have my first shake and away to have it soon, I'm able to enjoy it more when my little one goes down for his morning nap, long may the morning and slightly longer afternoon naps continue!
Think I'm off to tesco today- not food shopping, going to get some hair dye and a gift for a one year old and a wee look arround the clothes.

Lisa - just seen your weight loss - you go girl!!!!! I know how much you have struggled to stay on track this week with totm and everything else but it paid off! and as for last nights dream - well what can I say. Watermelon - keep up the good work and positivity adn Im going to have a tattoo when i finish too but Im such a baby that im having it on my tummy where I'm numb from my c-sections and tummy tuck! Have you thought about designs yet?

Katy enjoy the house warming and try to stay strong. Im lucky at my party as there will be loads of kids to occupy me but also my SIL's sister will be there and she is in week 3 of a LL restart after gaining 2st so at least 2 of us wont be eating and drinking x

Watermelon - im so glad you feel like that its great when it happens isnt it. I was a bit like you but also I would wake up and my eyes would be prickling to stay shut cos of all the diet coke and crap I was eating and when I went to get up I felt as if I was 9months pregnant again with arthritis whereas now I JUMP and spring out of bed with a spring in my step and no prickly eyes x

Ab Fab glad your legs have stopped hurting and you slept well and heres to a good day for you x

Lisa all men are the bloody same my HB works virtually 24-7 and every now and again i think why are we even married and have kids you may aswell live at your mums cos all you do is come home to eat and sleep - and I feel like aguest house with 2 whingeing kids saying we miss Daddy!
but rant over he is being quite good at the moment and has take every sunday off so we can have family time x

Good morning ladies.. I would normally say good morning from sunny Devon but not such luck at the mo, its been raining so thats the washing out of the window.. there is one good side to being signed off sick..I've been shopping on ebay, all my lovely new things came today.. all in a size 16!! yipee.. all the tags are still on the clothes, Ive added it all up and I have saved 70.00!! having visitors today which is great as I've not seen anyone since Tuesday. as you all know I had to go up to 810 midweek on doc's advice.. I had a sneeky peak today and all ok, it looks like it may be a loss xx won't reveal to Monday.. but fingers crossed as I was worried it would cause me a few problems doing it midweek of ss. have a good day everyone and thanks for all your wishes wishing me well.. at least I have you lovely ladies to chat too as doing nothing is boring.. except shopping! but the bank balance now says NOOOOOOOOO !
