day one done!

hello everyone

i've just completed day one of LLL and feel completely stuffed after polishing off my evening meal of quorn curry on a bed of herb salad and peanut bar for pudding. the portion was just huge but i followed the guidelines in the book to the word so i know i haven't cheated.

this first day has been surprisingly easy and i'm feeling so determined and motivated to do this and be skinny by summer.

i currently weigh 12st and want to reach my dream target of 8st 7lbs - 9st

anyone want to be my motivational buddy? anyone got any inspirational words or photos and any recipes for the evening meal? i don't ask much do i?!

i've been reading all the posts in this forum and find you all very inspiring - well done!
 
welcome emsy, weldone on day 1. i am going for my 8 week weigh in tomorrow and hope to have lost at least 2lbs, which will take my total loss to 1 1/2 stone (21lbs) i have found the diet to be easy as well as the large portions, so im sure you will. the fast weight loss is so addictive it makes it easy to stick to. i will always be here for you and any one else who needs it. i have gone from wearing a tight size 14 to now being in between a 12 and a 10. it feels soooo great and it has given me so much confidence, especialy in front of my husband, who i used to hide from and get undresses in the dark. cant keep my clothes on now lol. any thing you want to know or just want to have a moan if you feel down, feel free to post and i or someone else will always get back to you. welcome once again
