Slimfast vs CD

Hi all,

We are looking at alternative ways to do a VLCD but without the high cost (£155 for 2 weeks for 2 of us!) and I was wondering about Slimfast.

Does anyone know if doing 3 SF shakes is equivalent to 3 CD shakes?

Please advise.

Hi,

Slimming Fast is a food + diet product that requires a normal meal to make the overall intake nutrtionally complete and safe. You shouldn't just use Slimfast by itself as you are not getting the correct amount of nutrition and you certainly aren't getting enough protein.
