Okay, weighed myself on the 15th at 238lb, will be keeping track of my weight by weighing every wednesday.

I think i have done reasonably well in regards to exercise since then, so i suspect i will of dropped some.

Aiming for a 4lb loss every week!!
 
Weighed a few minutes ago at 16"9, so quite pleased that i have lost 4lb despite a portion of fish and chips, two pizzas and a kebab,.
