just woindering seen a few post on excerzise on here and some say not to much and some say its ok whats the line on this is 8 miles a day on bike ok as i want to start to cycle to work in good weather plus they need to put a spell check on here as i suck with mine lol

As long as you feel up to it, then I would go for it. If you start to feel really tired though, take the bus or car, and maybe use the bike on alternate days.

The dizziness stayed with me for about a month. It passed then but occassionally first thing in the morning I was a little light headed.

A few hot drinks as soon as you get up was what sorted me out Justin, or if I bent down too quickly.

i exercised throughout the whole time i was on LT last year going up to 4x a week for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs each time...just listen to your body --if it says its tired, dont do it..if you feel ok, go for it..thats all you can do.

re the light headedness..i had it pretty much through the latter part of using LT but mostly in the mornings when i got up so it was always a little sit up before i actually got out of bed otherwise id nearly keel over! lol

cant believe im having to go through it all again through eating badly again..still my own fault..nobody elses and certainly not this diet..it works and works damn well!

h xx

I think doing any kind of excercise is great, although I dont think I'd bike on the busy roads if I was feeling light-headed, sounds a bit dangerous. Can't say I've felt dizzy at all, but I'm only 5'2" off the ground!!!
