Hello everyone,

Well after feeling like giving it all up last week, but got through it with your support, i have managed to do this week 100% ss, and it has paid of i have lost 4lb :D so that means i have hit the 2 stone mark :bliss:well over hit the 2 stone mark by 2lb's, so so pleased, i am now over half way on my journey to being slim, just need to get this weekend out the way and get back on track when i get back next week :rolleyes:! I hope everyone else has had a good week? x x

Fantastic loss- well done. Must feel very rewarding after a STS week.

You are beautiful too and I have noticed on the site how many 'big' girls are actually very pretty. I know the saying 'big is beautiful' (which i PERSONALLY don't agree with), but it just proves that having a bit weight about you do not take away your looks. Have a look around the site for proof and look at the pictures.

I am so pleased you stuck with it and didnt give in!!!!
I had 2 weeks of losing 2 lbs (I know its not bad) but this week 5 3/4
it has to come off if you stick to it . Our bodies just work in such strange ways!!!

Lol- it was quite 'porn star' but very sexy ;) Thank you for the compliment, don't get them very often and get very embarrased when I do :eek:

I have to agree with you about some big girls still being exceptionally beautiful. I met a gorgeous lady at my old WW class who thought she was ugly purely because of her size, which is such a shame. I bumped into a few weeks ago and she is now a "plus size" model at a size 16-18 and her pictures are amazing. I really think its about making the most of what you've got
 
You know that 'porn star' photo was taken in a milli second on a £10 web cam to send to my (now ex :() boyfriend one night when I was going out and unable to talk to him on msn :). I never really thought about it being like that until my mate said lol.

The photo now was taken in Turkey last year and it just goes to show what a smile can do. I was broken hearted that night and trying to cover it up and 'act normal' - again with the 'ex' boyfriend - daft t****r lol lol :)
 
Thanks everyone for your kind words, yes off on holiday tommorrow, am going to start eating today, nothing too naughty but just to prepare my body for the all inclusive hotel ;), i am going to enjoy myself and not worry about any weight gain, as i know on this diet it wont be on for long x
