Anyone starting SS today?

Hi there,

Well now that Easter is out the way and I have all my packs ready to go (bought before Easter!), I just can't take another day feeling fat and fed up...I feel so determined to shift this weight once and for all!

After several days of mucking around and wasting my food packs as I end up eating, I am totally ready to get going 100%.

I'm a 35 year old busy mum of 2 little delights,5"6 and weigh 16.1 on my scales this morning! I have tried all the diets going, am quite active and fit but fat! Am going back to get weighed next week and want to see a big difference on those scales...I have some small goals along the way before I reach my big goal at the end, who's ready to join me?

Just love this site and all the support everyone gives, love all the photos before/after...they are my motivatation to keep going!

I started W8 Rapid today and am finding it sooo hard! How is it going so far with you?

I'm new here. 33 year old Mum of 2 little ones, 5ft 1 and 12 st (three to lose.)

Even though we are doing different diets would love to keep you company on your journey!

hi, I started yesterday and apart from feeling a bit headachey I am okay. Will be worth it when you get weighed
 
Ah thank you all for your replies...it was ok yesterday...I managed it and will keep going.....can't wait to get into ketosis, that lovely feeling!!

Hey Sarah

It's 4 Mealpacks per day. So far I had a shake for breakfast, Spag bol mealpack for lunch (bit like a pot noodle), another shake in the afternoon and a soup for dinner. I don't really know how that compares with what you're doing.

The first three weeks are a VLCD then the fourth week isn't as you add a meal each day. I'm not sure how that all works though - hoping it will become clear!

I'm finding the hunger a bit trying at the moment but hoping it will get better. How are you finding it?
