Anyone else half way to goal? -Well I'm a couple of kilos from being that exactly but roughly there now and have just passed the 70 lbs off psychological threshold -
I am tempted to say my enthusiasm about the diet and the transformation are going down but not the motivation in the sense that I would cheat but the sense that I am not as ecstatic about getting there. Which is still bad, I presume.
It terrifies me that if I am a tad too relaxed now, half way, what are my chances that I can another 2 months of Cambridge and then a few weeks of Atkins firmly on the wagon and without being tempted to fall off on the last leg?
So, how do you half-way-ers feel and I'd love it if our success stories (KD, BlondeLogic, Jim, etc) had any words of advice, is it normal being up and down motivation and enthusiasm wise during the journey?
