I have finally joined the LT train after weeks of debating whether to or not.
After reading many of your posts and stories I found you all to be inspiring and that gave me the encouragement I needed. You have all done so well so hopefully I will be able to stick this out.
On Day 2 now and just made my first shake of the day (an Iced Latte which I found to be rather nice ).
Havent been too hungry so far and managed to drink 2.5ltrs of water yesterday (im guessing this is how you loose the lbs through the exercise to the toilet every 30mins lol) so fingers crossed :fingerscrossed: I will be able to continue.
Have got what seems to be the normal symptoms of light headedness etc but hoping to get through that and cant wait for my WI.
Need to stay focused and positive! somehow.
