Sore Tummy

Hi Guys,
I woke up yesterday morning and have still a sore tummy. I do not know what it is.. I don't feel like i need to vomit, but its very sore. My diet did go off the rails a bit over easter- but nothing major- mostly alchol.. Any ideas.. Thanx xx

sorry to get too personal but if you're stomach is very sore - this could be bloating (connected to the alcohol) and maybe you could be constipated? There are loads of natural tablets you can take for bloating which help - ask at your pharmacy.
