how much do you lose

The diet itself is pretty easy to follow, although I've not had to change much for it, just cut out butter, cheese and oil, and tried to increase fruit and veg intake.

Loss-wise, you could start with a fairly big loss, 7lb on average for the first two weeks, then after that you want to aim for 2lb but I've seen a few people on here reporting higher losses. Depends how much you exercise and probably how much of a diet change you have. This month's magazine had someone who lost 4 stone in 4 months, but on checking their old diet, you could see how. My own frustration is that most of my diet is fine, it's a severe lack of exercise that has got me to where I am now.

However, it's a good diet and if I can look like Rosemary Conley at 60+ I'll be happy! :D
