Ahhh, iv got a problem..

Hi all

Basically i use lifelineonline and reguarly referr to the syns online app. However, i have recently been on holiday, and whilst there my boyfriends brother cooked us a lovley curry one night. Now most of my cooking is helped along by shwartz packets, but thier version of the korma was crap lol. So, i decided to go ahead and buy the Pataks's korma sauce in a jar, and figure out the syn value ( im guessing proberly about 25/30 syns per jar, especially as it's a korma.. and use it as treat for myself. However, it will only give me the value for some random vegtable frozen pataks thing, or curry paste.. which of corse isn't what i'm looking for?

Can anyone help me??? I dont want to go ahead and eat it without knowing what it is.. however i do really like curry and the temptation is deffinatly there haha.

Well, the calculator comes out as saying it's

47 Syns per jar, which personally, I'm not inclined to believe - is this something that the calculator fails on?

Most other company's Korma's come in at around 25-35 syns per jar, and healthy/low fat alternatives around 20 syns.

okay, iv just checked the syns calculator.. and assuming i did it right. it's 37 syns per 540g jar on extra easy... eek! thats a lot... but its soooo good.. lol

In the food directory there is a patak's mild korma cooking sauce 540g jar 47.0 syns.....

Oh gosh, 47 syns? Pataks mild korma sauce. Uh ohh.
