I am starting CD on Friday and am trying to get my profile sorted.

I have been on weight loss ticker and created my ticker, however do not know how to get that loaded onto my profile!

Can anyone help please?

You post the 'BB' code into your signature which can be found on the 'user CP'... I wish i could explain it in a less stupid way lol! xx

i did mine the other day and whilst i must confess i cant quite remember i found a section in the tutorials that expalined how to do it and i just followed that. good luck
