Hi,

I have a small jar of Waitrose Green Basil Pesto Sauce and can't find how many syns there are in it (it doesn't seem to be in the food directory). Can anyone help? It will be featuring on the menu tonight and I don't want to be having more syns than I realise!

We haven't had pesto in ages and, oddly, neither of us enjoyed it! Thankfully that did mean that I couldn't manage more than one tablespoon, which was good from a weight point of view!
