Rejoining Class...........

I'm rejoining a class tonight. This going it alone lark is just not working out for me even with the increased excersise.

I think I'm heavier now than I've ever been in my life (even when I was pregnant!!) and thats a shocker.......

Jeez why do we do it to ourselves, how do we remotely think its acceptable to abuse our bodies like this. I'm sure I've been walking around in a daze for the past 2 years and its time to wake up and smell the damned coffee..........

Looking forward to being part of a class again, and feeling that lovely euphoric feeling when the lbs drop off.

Still sticking to my goal of losing all my excess 5 stone by the end of the year.

Grrrrrrrr food is the devil!

Well done for re-joining hun. :clap:

That's the worst bit over and done with I am sure you will get on great, going at it alone doesn't suit everyone... I know I couldn't do it.

Absolutely - I'm sure we all remember what it was like to go to our first meeting... I was petrified!

But now I look forward to going every day and it definitely helps motivate me to stick with it. Hope your group is a good one!

Well done! I admitted defeat and went back to class last night, and today I feel overwhelming relief! I lost 11lbs on my own after Xmas but put 7 back on, I really need the support of class, (and the Extra Easy seems so do-able!)

Yep this trying at home business just isnt for me.

Class is at 4pm so I'm gonna head off now.

I seem to have a collection of SW booklets/starter packs in my kitchen and I'm off now to add to my collection.....holy moly !

Jeez I hope this time is the right time..........

Hope your class went OK. I can't do it by myself either and love it when the pounds come off, 1stone 5 pounds off so far and another stone to go before I go on holiday.

I tried it at home earlier this year and lost a grand total of 3.5 lbs...I lost more, but kept yo yo ing.

Going back to class was the RIGHT thing to do. It's just given me that little bit of motivation that I needed and OH MY GOD I love the thought of Extra Easy.......... Spag Bol without having to use quorn is gonna be magic.

I have a wedding to attend this weekend so I'll have to be extra careful but cant wait to get started tomorrow. After all the junk I've eaten I'm actually looking forward to some nice tasty meals.

Now if I could just find a nice handsome man to cook for then my life would be perfect............
