Hello everyone, hope you're ok ;)

I decided I'd had enough of my weight a few weeks ago when I finally saw a reflection of myself in a shop (I've been avoiding it for a long time); I was devastated. I started dieting but needed structure so I'm on my second week at weight watchers. I quit smoking a few years ago and the weight started piling on. Now it's up to almost 6 stone and it's time to go!

[Edit: I've just worked out that if I keep at it and manage to loose 2lb a week, I'll be my goal weight for Christmas. What a pressie!]
