Pasta N Sauce? (and back on the wagon!!)

Quick question: are all the Bachelors pasta n sauces free? (Obviously not including the butter & milk).

I have had a bit of an off weekend with SW - 2 naughty meals out and a barbeque!! I have been really careful not to overeat though and I have not gained...phew

The ham, leek and cheese, macaroni and carbonara ones aren't free (I think they're around a syn or so) but all the other ones are.

I tend to use my HExA so I can make mine with milk, but loads of others just make them with water and sometimes stir in a light laughing cow at the end to make it a bit more creamy.

Bolognese, Chicken & Mushroom, Chicken & Garlic, Chicken & Herb, Tikka Masala, Cheese & Broccoli, Mushroom & Wine, Tomato Onion & Herb.

1/2 syn per pack:
Carbonara

1 syn per pack:
Cheese Leek & Ham, Macaroni Cheese.

(Not including milk & butter or the wholewheat varieties)

the chicken and garlic one is nasty!! avoid it! lol
