hi, just a quick question, are u only allowed one tetra brik a day or would it be ok for me to have 2?

You can have all your shakes as tetras if you want. Don't forget to drink an extra for each one though

Hey it depends what you are doing hon .
If you are having 4 shakes then if you want you can have 4 of them if your having 3 you can have 3..
Your only allowed 1 bar a day though.

ok thankyou thats great. its just so much easier to take them to work rather than the shakes!

I always have tetras in , because sometimes grabbing one is so much easier lol!! just remember your water!!

yeh i will, got bottles of water stored everywhere, in car, fridge, bag, locker at work etc lol u never know when you need it lol xx
