A few years ago when I was attending SW class you could make up a sugar free sachet of jelly with 0.5 pint of boiling water leave to cool but not set then whip in a Mullerlight yogurt then set in fridge which was fab does anyone know if this would still be free to have on a green day?

i think it would be negligable as suger free jelly is not totally syn free

Yeah, jelly is low but not free:

Sounds nice though - I might try it tonight!

Just shows how eating something, albeit low in syns, would soon mount up over the week. I used to each the whole lot over 1 day !!

It is! We had it this week: strawberry jelly and a strawberry Mullerlight with some cut up strawberries in it! Very strawberry but super low on syns!

I like to mix it up a bit. Do a blackcurrant jelly and mix in a choc orange muller

hi

if i was to make this how long would it keep once made in the fridge please, as there is only me doing SW and my husband won't eat it

thank you

made this last night - had one, got another 2 in fridge. They are yum! I used strawberry jelly mixed with raspberry yoghurt. Absolutely lovely and hard to believe that it's (nearly) free!
